Challenge
“It feels like I'm using three different products instead of one — I never know where to find what I need.”
One of the biggest obstacles I faced was that different modules of the software had been designed in isolation, each with its own layout, navigation patterns, and visual style. This lack of consistency created confusion for users, increased onboarding time, and made the overall experience feel fragmented and inefficient. As the product expanded, the inconsistencies also introduced design debt, making it harder for teams to scale or deliver updates quickly.
Solution
I led the creation of a unified, system-wide design framework that established clear guidelines for layout, typography, color, and interaction patterns.
By developing a centralized design system in Figma and collaborating with product and engineering teams, I ensured every module aligned to the same structure and visual language. The result was a cohesive, predictable experience that reduced user friction, improved usability, and enabled faster development through reusable design components..
